My husband and myself have been coming to The Dental Centre for nearly 30 years and we would not change. I started as a really nervous patient but the staff have always done their best to put me at my ease. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable and really listen to any concerns we might have. A special shout out to Evelyn our hygienist and Lorna our dentist, who are both brilliant and so thorough. The reception staff are really friendly and welcoming - Diane is lovely and goes out of her way to help. All in all, it’s a pleasure going there (as.much as trip to the dentist can be anyway!) 😆

I’m really glad I chose The Dental Centre Ferndown. Laura and Diane at reception are absolutely lovely , so warm, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Lorna Sanders, who looked after my son Albert, is truly a professional. He was quite nervous at first, but thanks to her calm and reassuring manner, he quickly became confident and even decided he didn’t want to be numbed! I couldn’t be happier with the care and kindness we received. Thank you all – we’ll see you in December for his check-up!

I am quite nervous when visiting the dentist but I needn’t have worried as Tracy the hygienist put me at ease and was so carful that I hardly felt a thing. She kept me informed throughout the appointment and was chatty and very pleasant, her nurse Ilana was friendly too and I enjoyed the interaction between them as it kept me relaxed. I would thoroughly recommend the practice based on my experience.

Both my husband and I have had hygienist appts with Tracy. I have extremely sensitive teeth and Tracy was very understanding and she suggested numbing gel put on before hand. The experience was one of the best I have had with a dental hygienist! Was so much more bearable Well done!

We had our first hygienist appointment yesterday and from the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly reception staff and such a nice relaxed atmosphere. Then Tracy came out to greet me with a lovely friendly smile. Sharon the dental nurse was so kind and helpful always making sure I was doing OK. Really could not fault Tracy she was very gentle and kept me updated on what she was doing. After our last experience with another dentist/hygienist and leaving with both my husband and I in pain for nearly a month, we have had none of that, so thank you Tracy and Sharon for providing an excellent service and a smile. Our teeth feel so much better - thank you one and all and we definitely recommend The Dental Centre, Ferndown.

I cannot recommend the Dental Centre Ferndown highly enough. The atmosphere is relaxed as soon as you walk in, the reception staff are friendly and attentive. I was treated by Dr Lorna Sanders and her nurse Kirsty. They were very professional, welcoming and made me feel at ease. The treatment was explained thoroughly which gave me the opportunity to make an informed choice. I had four crowns fitted, the results are fantastic and it has literally changed my life! I receive lots of compliments and definitely smile more ! . Thank you all so much .
