I have just been to this practice and I must say massive thank you to all the staff I am very reserved and low of confidence when it comes to my dental health but i felt understood and looked after today 🫰🏻🫶. I came to know my options in terms of dental implants to replace my dentures Dr. David explained thoroughly to me the result of CT scan and what they can offer and do, I appreciate the honesty above all and for being very professional and compassionate in what he does. He also understood that I am very shy without my dentures hence he made sure I have my privacy. It wasn't the answer I am hoping for but certainly is the best information I have received and it’s worth it 😊😃I would rather have the information I needed than going forward without knowing 👍Daghang Salamat 🫶

I've been a client of Smile for some years and have always been satisfied with the treatment received at the hands of the various dentists I have seen there. However I cannot say the same of the hygienists employed by the practice and I'm now seriously considering registering with an alternative practice in the hope of finding a competent and personable hygienist.

Smile is an excellent dentist. It's like walking into a spa - it's such a beautiful building. I've had a phobia of dentists since I was a child, and this is the first dentist where I can actually feel pretty calm. I do have sedation for any treatment, I'm not there yet to have fillings and injections without (as amazing and as caring as they are here). Lynn ( my dentist) is fabulous! The reception girls are always so welcoming. I've also just met Louise, the new hygienist, and she's smashing! I've never been able to even sit in a dentist chair before finding Smile. I can now have a check-up and the hygienist with very little anxiety - that's a major milestone for me. At Smile, everything is explained thoroughly, and you're given time to ask any questions and even have a little 'off-topic' chat about life and so on 😊 You really are made to feel at ease. The prices are reasonable and worth every penny for the expertise and care you're given. I've had a few sedations over the years - the latest was a wisdom tooth extraction under sedation. It's been a flawless experience every time. I recall nothing whatsoever, and I feel pretty with it quite soon after. I hope one day I can forego the sedation - I believe Smile can make that happen. It will take a bit longer for me yet as I've a deep-rooted (no pun-intended) fear. But it any dentist can help me past that, it'll be Smile. Smile is the dentist for you if you have any dental anxiety or phobias, or if you just want a lovely dentist, where it feels like you're there waiting for the spa! 🦷🪥
