She takes her time to explain everything she's doing and gives genuinely helpful advice on dental care, lifestyle habits, and products that could improve my oral health based on my queries. It’s rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such a warm, approachable manner. I always leave feeling really well cared for and much more informed. The central Bournemouth Bupa clinic is excellent. Very friendly reception staff who remember me and greet me like a traditional family dentist, a clean clinic and my dentist in particular (Ugne) is fantastic. My teen son is autistic and Ugne has always been supportive and accommodating to his needs, finding ways to make him comfortable in what could be a stressful situation for us all. I would recommend this dental clinic.
