Unsure if it’s just the dentist I usually see but generally do an absolutely amazing job and go above and beyond where possible so far. Can’t complain 😊

I booked an appointment for the next day and they charged me £75 just because I was in terrible tooth pain. The next day, I reached only 7 minutes late, and they had already taken another patient in. Then they told me I’d have to book another appointment for £59 so basically £134 just to see the doctor! The receptionist even went inside to ask Dr. Shahee Ahmed, but the doctor said no, he wouldn’t see me. No sympathy, no care as if the patient’s pain means nothing to them. I was there in pain, begging for help, and they turned me away like it was nothing. I asked for a refund and they only gave me £16 back. Who are these people sitting inside the surgery? Angels? Gods? Because they surely don’t act like humans. No heart, no compassion, no understanding for someone suffering right in front of them. I’ll never go back to this place, not even if I’m dying in pain. Absolutely no value for money and no humanity.

Thanks so much to the lovely team in Sheepscar - Heaven, who was very kind & understanding in organising a same-day emergency appointment to ensure I didn't have a large dentist bill abroad, Shahid, who generously agreed to see me at 90 minutes' notice and was charming throughout, and my usual dentist Iman, who always takes a genuine interest in her patients' lives which makes visiting the dentist feel far less uncomfortable 😊 Very lucky to have such a nice team in an NHS dentist!

Zohra is an amazing receptionist! She’s always welcoming, friendly, and professional. She makes me feel welcomed before my appointments and has an amazing smile on her face. super helpful with appointments, and makes visiting the dentist a lot less stressful. The whole team is outstanding and the dentist is super friendly and makes me feel welcomed during my sessions.

Issuing invoices without itemisation or mentioning about the procedure at all ! How come insurance will refund if you are not mentioning the exact treatment on the invoice ????

I had such a fear of the dentist and I always had to have someone come with me. My appointment was with Jolanta, and she knew how afraid of Dentist I was. She had my sat there with a mirror and talked me through the entire process. Now I feel comfortable going to the dentist on my own. If you have had negative experiences in the past. Jolanta will 100% change your through process on that. Iv found my dentist for life

My dentist shahid anwar made me feel at ease the minute I walked into his room before that my anxiety was really high I don’t like going to dentist especially meeting a new dentist he showed empathy and he went through a full dental plan that restored my confidence and explained everything in a way it wasn’t overwhelming I’m so grateful to hav him now as my dentist I would 🤗💯recommend him thanku so much for making my day much better than how I felt this morning and may I add his dental nurse was lovely as well bless thanks 🤗🤗

The dentist I have seen are always great, apart from one that was funny with me because I was a little late, partly due to the reception staff being too busy chatting to book me in as arrived. The reception staff / customer service here are pretty bad. The reception staff are generally chatting between themselves rather than being attentive to patients arriving etc. My last few appointments have been cancelled at least once the day before. The phone lines are generally really hard to get through on. I left a msg for someone to call me back, 4 days later I'm still waiting. Been on hold over 30 mins now and I only started as no. 3 in the queue. I must have spent half this time at least as no.1 in the queue. Really bad customer service.
