My wisdom tooth didn’t want to lose its personal game of tug-of-war, but the staff explained everything beforehand, kept me updated throughout the procedure, and told me everything I needed for aftercare. I am 18 years old and I have been under treatment here from the age of 10 for the past eight years I’ve been coming and going and not much was changing or happening or was being done just to end up with two front tooth’s missing and then giving me retainers with the two false tooth in the retainers to live with that for the rest of my life they did not do the treatment they were supposed to do for me now that I am 18 they expect me to have a private dentist and get it done there.

Unprofessional and neglectful. The first consultant didn't care about my paperwork because it's from abroad, she literally told me I had to convince her there and then that I really had a problem, regardless that I had my referral from the GP. The next one lectured me about why I didn't hand them in, why they were not on my file, she couldn't believe that the other one said what she said. So I was the stupid again. They asked me to brought them in next time, and we could decide if I needed a surgery. Meanwhile, they advised me not eating solid food and taking 3 Advils a day. Instead of getting my appointment now, I got a letter they removed me from the waiting list. So I guess I should live on painkillers and liquid diet for the rest of my life. It's cheaper than treating my for sure. Obviously, nobody cares about complaints and looking into what their doctors do.

I’ve had an extremely poor and unprofessional communication, daughter have been removed from the waiting list because trains were cancelled and I could not get through on the phone that morning as “no one was available due to unforeseen circumstances”. Have been accused from not trying to phone the next day with a reason. Perhaps if someone was working that morning, you would have got the reason. An absolute abrupt, constantly talking over me, clearly lacking listening skills. The outcome: put back at the bottom of the Waiting list. Must be when daughter turns 40. Thank you for your sincere help.

Excellent experience with my treatment at the dental institute - I underwent seven sessions and with the same dental student, Kelsey, who was extremely caring, knowledgeable and professional - there was supervision and ongoing assessment at every stage and the whole process was carried out with unhurried care and attention.
