My local dentist, always polite and professional from the two receptionist ladies. Can have a giggle with them if they aren’t busy, probably explains why the phones are always ringing out. Apart from that, the dentist krish is always amazing, very helpful, breaks it down into bite size chunks where you can understand. Was that good of a service that I had my wife register with them.

My treatment was done my rebecca and the assistant was fraya ..amazing team carried out 6 extractions ..in less then 10 mins i did not feel a thing ..rebecca was also was very respectfull to my religious beliefs and asked me out of courtsey if pork gelatine tainted stiches were an issue for me i said yes she said i will use something.. else ....the best part Rebecca did all this of her own initiative with me asking...i wish there were more people like Rebecca and fraya in this world ..truly care for their patients deliver best accommodating care irrelevant of who they are ..i wish them the best as they both deserve it ...thank you rebbecca and fraya..... Last week i experienced what I believe was racially discriminatory treatment by the front desk.During my visit, the 2 receptionists made inappropriate comments about my colour, muttering under their breath that i should go back to where i came from.This made me feel unwelcome and impacted the quality of care I intended to receive. I am deeply disappointed by this unprofessional behavior and believe it warrants investigation by the relevant regulatory body. I urge the practice to address these serious concerns to ensure no other patient faces similar treatment.

I want to share my experience with Amrin Shaik, my NHS dentist. I first saw her when I was in severe pain and genuinely worried that I might lose a tooth. I came in for an urgent appointment, feeling anxious and hopeless, especially since this particular tooth had already been treated twice by other dentists without success. From the very first moment, Amrin made me feel heard and cared for. She examined the tooth thoroughly and explained that I would need a root canal treatment. Although I had always been nervous about dental procedures, I was ready to do anything to relieve the pain — and I trusted her right away. At the first appointment, she carefully cleaned the area and placed a temporary filling. To my relief, the pain disappeared almost immediately. It was the first time in weeks I felt comfortable again — and I was honestly amazed. When I returned for the second appointment, Amrin completed the treatment and placed a permanent filling. Throughout the procedure, she was calm, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. I didn’t feel any pain or even discomfort — everything went so smoothly. Her professionalism and care made all the difference. Now, not only is the pain completely gone, but I also feel confident and safe knowing I have a dentist I can truly rely on. I am very grateful to you, Dr. Shaik. Thank you so much for your kindness, your expertise, and for helping me when I needed it the most.
