I would say clinicians are nice and friendly, never had any problems directly with them. However, my appointments were frequently rescheduled by them, sometimes on the same day. I do understand that when a doctor is ill, they have no other choice than to reschedule the appointment, but I feel like affected customers should be given a small compensation at least since if customers cancel on the day of the appointment they would be charged a cancellation fee. Furthermore, I left a voicemail outside of their opening hours asking to get back to me, though it was ignored.

Just wanted to give a update since my last review.one of the managers got in touch and I met with them they.apologized for my experience and helped to put things wright and said I should not have had this experience I have been doing better since then and have had a more positive experience at my appointments and any other issues I had thanks again to the managers for being very understanding and supportive I left 4 stars as I feel there is still room for furler improvement but I understand there is a lot of demand like the whider NHS and other non NHS services. But am happy I been having better experiences I think it was I was in a lot of uncomfortable pain as I spoke about and don't deal well with pain but thanks to the manager she got things sorted for me thank you.

Amazing service provided by Dr Rostami and the team. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering any type of Orthodontic treatment to use the London Street practice (especially for Invisalign). I have went from someone who covers their mouth when talking/smiling to being totally care free! A massive shout out to Katy who went above and beyond on multiple occasions to ensure I was getting the best results from my treatment. All the best!

I went with them as I had been there in the past a number of occasions over the years for getting braces and to be honest I feel like as a NHS patient I am treated like I am second class.for it I would not say I had a good experience at all so far if they are not interested in NHS patients then they should not accept them unless they are going to treat everyone the same regardless if you are NHS or private I feel that the communication was very limited and basically left to your own devices to find out everything and read the info yourself yes the assistant spoke to me after but it was very basic I never new everything I had to go away and find everything out myself and struggled to book a appointment like I was advised to do got one 10 weeks later meant to be every 8 weeks but they wasn't anything I was told.and then I disided to call them as no improvement only to understand it can take up to 3 weeks definitely didn't feel supported was advised no appointments for few weeks and only call if a emergency.i don't think I would recommend them personally but before this I think I would have i feel that when when people first get there braces or they should get monitored and supported if they need it from my experience of getting treatment overseas it's so much better other countries and probably is here if you go private from my experience of going private with the dentists says a lot about the NHS and winder systems.and as someone who works in the systems I see it all overall I would think twice before going here as a NHS patient I can't comment private as have not been private here definitely Room for improvement at all stages from getting the braces on and supporting for the few weeks after getting them to taking the time to explain and make sure people are prepared and no as much as possible info and the reception staff to feel More approachable and not like they just want us out the door or not made to feel like a number.
