I booked my new patient appointment / dental check up and hygienist with about a week's notice. Greeted by friendly staff on arrival, shown to pleasant waiting area, then seen by Derek Swan, who made me feel very at ease during consultation. Followed by a thorough appointment with the hygienist. Both provided sound advice for future treatment. A 5* service, would definitely recommend the practice - a friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant dental practice.

I've been coming here since COVID and wouldn't go anywhere else! The care is thorough, the dentists and hygenists have a real eye for detail, give honest advice and generally make me feel confident and safe. I pay monthly and feel the subscription is worth the 2x annual hygiene and 2x dental appointments.

I have a lot of dental anxiety and I really struggle with going to the dentist. I've seen typically see Dr Swan but I had a dental emergency and one of the other dentists was able to fit me in last minute. Both dentists are very kind and considerate and explain everything to me. I've always had bad experiences with dentists in the past but I'm happy to say I've only had good experiences here. I would recommend going here to anyone but especially to people who are nervous about going to the dentist.

Had a Snoring Device prepped and fitted in 2020. Unfortunately between Christmas and New Year 2022, the device failed. I contacted the practice and the service I received was exceptional and went above and beyond. As it had been over 2 years I only expected some advice via email and to be told a new device was required (over £1k). However, to my surprise, I was asked to return the device for repair. I sent the device to the practice and it was repaired on the same day they received it as the dentist proactively ordered the part required. Not only that but the device was posted back to me with absolutely no charge to myself. Thank you to all at the practice involved, particularly Derek. Greatly appreciated! Cannot recommend enough.
