Absolutely brilliant, losing teeth through diabetes related issues, delighted to get registered, got me in, got my teeth sorted, lovely fitting dentures, no messing about with these dentist, explain everything clearly, get it done n get you on your way and all to a quality standard. Staff are very good too, very welcoming friendly and smiling everytime ive been. Very happy.

Atrocious behaviour by the dentist today - My partner received a call earlier in the day saying she can come earlier as the dentist wanted to go home earlier. My partner couldn’t go earlier. She had an appointment for 4:40pm and arrived at 4:44pm due to traffic. She got home from work, got our daughter changed and went straight there. She was told she now can’t have the appointment as the dentist is going home. 4 minutes late when multiple times I have got there on time and had to wait 30 minutes plus. The dentist just wanted to go home early at the expense of a 6 year old girl who needed her check up. I’m appalled by this service and I would highly recommend having a very small leniency for patients to be up to 5 minutes late. It isn’t unreasonable as I’m sure the dentist himself has been late to appointments due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances Next available appointment is almost 3 weeks away. The opening times for the practice are stated as 5:30pm close. Lazy dentist with a blatant disregard for his patients

Have to say that Rick Pym is amazing. I have a phobia of dentists and went after 14+ years last year to see Rick. Last Tuesday I needed some work doing and he is so understanding, reassuring and calming. I wish I’d gone to the practice years ago

Took me off their books because apparently I hadn’t been in 3 years which is abit suspicious to me as I am certain I had a tooth out 2 and half years ago. Just had a baby less than 12 months ago as well. Only ever missed 1 appointment while pregnant so this is not the reason. Apparently they take you of their books when you haven’t visited them for so long. Not only that but phoned up yesterday as in extreme pain with two teeth they never mentioned being taken of the books they said phone tomorrow at 09.30am for emergency appointment if I knew yesterday would of phoned emergency line. Dissatisfied extremely. It’s hard to get a dentist these days and myself being anxious and adhd change is hard for me

Brilliant dental practice, reception staff are very welcoming and polite. My dentist Micheal is incredible in what he does, always makes you feel at ease, never no pain when he’s carrying out a dental procedure and my teeth feel normal again. still a bit of work to go but overall I’m very happy with the service and treatment I’ve received, and would not go anywhere else for my dental work to be carried out.

My experience at this dental practice is amazing ,I am very nervous about visiting the dentist get bad anxiety but I was quickly put at ease when I arrived .My dentist Richard told me very clearly what treatment I was having and made me feel very relaxed and at ease talked me through everything. All the staff are very welcoming ,friendly and very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else ..

AVOID THIS DENTAL PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS! To begin with, the receptionist, the little girl, should be dismissed immediately! It's evident she's only interested in money and shows no regard for people's emotions. Today, my mother was subjected to harassment and threats by the dental practice manager, 'Janine Bratby', and the receptionists over a payment matter. A manager is supposed to set an example for how a business operates, yet Janine chose to behave unprofessionally towards her client. They have no shame as they prefer to raise their voices at people coming to their practice. Ensure you have money with you at all times when you visit this practice, even if it's just for a brief 1-minute consultation. If not, they will instantly harass you with the debt collector.
