Had a wisdom tooth removed. The front desk staff were lovely and very welcoming. My appointment was in the afternoon and I was called in right on time. The dentist and the dental nurse were really lovely they explained the procedure to me and made sure I was ok as they could see I was nervous. While waiting for the anaesthetic to do it's thing we were having a really nice conversation sort of inadvertently getting to know each other which also helped with the experience as it kept me at ease and comfortable before having my tooth removed.

Horrendous place to find disabled parking. The few designated blue badge bays are full from 7:30am most weekdays. Other parking is the on street metered pay and display, but these bays are nearly always full most week days

They do far too many unnecessary appointments when they could be diagnosing an issue in one or two appointments. I had a scan which wasn’t pleasant in the slightest and the whole crew were patronising, they had 5 members of staff looking at my cyst while they were injecting a needle. There were no results from this scan which was meant to be efficient, I have no answers from this place and they don’t even send you important result letters either, so don’t trust these people or the nhs, you’re better off dealing with it privately or personal remedies, they don’t even offer local anaesthetic options when I know it could easily be an option. They just don’t how to deal with patients efficiently, hopefully in 20/30 years it’s all changed and their are way more options and treatments because it’s pathetic. Controlled by our own government to only allow certain treatments to be allowed for public. Shame on you

Been passed around from one department to another on/off from years each department saying something different . Seen a consultant who was loudly discussing me, in a belitting manner, stating that he was right and all the others I've been saying in 30+ years were wrong, never been treated in such a manner even the nurse apologise, says alot about his behaviour
