Excellent service - Dr Tambar and Alex were brilliant at dealing with someone who hates the dentist and struggles to breathe through their nose. Highly recommend for those that are anxious about the dentist.

Shocking service, was slightly late due to the infamous Leeds traffic travelling all the way from Halifax. When pressing the buzzer after 5 mins waiting go told by a rather cocky and rude lady your late and your not getting your appointment, asking about the £50 payment rudely told we your not getting it back. What happened to customer service, the rude lady stating there is other patients but yet I could book in for 7pm online. Wouldn’t use this service and will be reporting to the dentist service and also trading standards. Raised a charge back with bank. Be careful and use NHS. Says something when there front door is smashed to bits.

Shocking slightly late for an appointment and refused quick to take payment. What a complete waste of energy, don’t use this service. Oh wait they don’t refund you either.

Absolute scam artists, avoid like the plague! My partner attended in severe pain before our holiday, they charged over £500 for an emergency root canal treatment, only to find out when still in pain on holiday from a dentist in the USA they hadn’t actually carried out a root canal and had just patched a filling!! She’s taking this up with consumer advise and looking at legal action as well as trying to recover dental fees

Awful! I paid almost £700 for emergency treatment for my 3 year old son. I’m not kidding, he left with his teeth looking exactly the same - 2 broken teeth with a nerve still exposed on one of them. Clearly still in pain we went to hospital later that day and was referred to an emergency NHS dentist who explained they saw no evidence of work done the day before. Aftercare is awful - I have tried calling countless times, where my calls are often cut off, sometime told the dentist will call me back but does, even went back to the dentist surgery but wasn’t buzzed in. I have raised the issue with the Dental Complaints Service and if not resolved progress to raise concerns with the General Dental Council for leaving a 3 year old with am exposed nerve.

I booked an emergency appointment and was seen less than 2 hours later at 6 pm. All the staff were friendly and did everything they could to resolve my issue of a broken dental bridge. The dentists were knowledgeable and understanding. I am a nervous patient, but they understood my needs. I will be moving to them as my regular dentist. I can't recommend them enough.

I had a consultation and filling done on the same day, which was really convenient. The dentist explained everything clearly, making sure I understood the process before starting. While the price was on the higher side, the treatment was quick, efficient, and completely painless. I was given a few options but decided I I go ahead with same-day treatment. Overall, a smooth and professional experience—I’d definitely recommend.

Really disappointed and upset with the treatment my daughter received here. She is a 1st year student at Leeds University and suffers with her wisdom teeth. She had the same problem, as she currently does, just before Christmas and we went to our local dentist to her home where he diagnosed Pericoronitis. He prescribed her antibiotics and within three days the symptoms were practically gone and she was fine by the end of the week. She got exactly the same painful symptoms a week or so ago and went to this practice because she couldn’t find a local NHS one that could see her that evening. She paid £50 to book the appointment then a further £150 to have it cleaned ( with no aesthetic ). She asked for antibiotics and was told she didn’t need them now but to go back if it didn’t feel better and he’d give her antibiotics ( on a private prescription for £45 I believe). It didn’t get better but she was worried it would cost a fortune again to be told it just needs another £200 clean. When she finally couldn’t bare it anymore, and by this time both sides of her face were swollen, she called and asked if she could please come and get the antibiotics. The receptionist said yes, but you need to pay £50 deposit again. Even when my daughter explained that the dentist said she could just go and collect them ( for a prescription fee ) she was told no you have to pay £50 up front. So she would have to pay at least a further £95 for basically antibiotics. What makes it worse is, when my daughter said she couldn’t afford that and she would try and find a NHS one, the dentist representative told her there wasn’t any near by. That turned out to be a lie! I find this whole situation appalling. My daughter is 200 miles from home, 1st year student, doesn’t really know the area, has trusted a private dentist and been completely let down. So much so she has now been diagnosed with an Extreme case of Periconitis, by an NHS Dentist who gave her an emergency appointment after she called 111. An NHS dentist just 0.4 of a mile from where she is. The dentist who actually listened to her was dismayed when she told them about her experience at White 32 Dental. I’ll be interested so see if they will pay any attention to this and do the right thing. They had £200 which really we couldn’t afford and left her in a worse state than before she went in.
