If you’re looking for a dentist, please be aware that this one is about to introduce annual membership charges of between £21-£31.50 a month. Whilst the promotional material for this practice suggests it will only be ‘70p a day’ to join them, you are effectively paying a lot of money for nothing (based on if you have two check ups a year - and I used to think they were overpriced at nearly £40 per consultation). Teeth are part of healthcare, they’re not a luxury. People wonder why few people go to the dentist nowadays and it’s because of practices like this pricing people out of treatment. Cramlington won’t pay that much for dental care. Cramlington Dental Centre will see an exodus of patients (not customers or consumers) to practices elsewhere. People already rent most spheres in life, they shouldn’t have to rent treatment for their teeth as well.

The dentist who I saw was fine. However the receptionist was in one word "Rude" ( not the younger ones ). Glad to be leaving this practice.

Been with them for 34 years, my whole family too, and of any problems, they'll correct quickly and professionally. The staff are friendly and approachable. 5* for Dentist Sam, who's leaving soon, he'll ne a big miss!

Excellent, wish I had joined this practice years ago. Friendly, informative, reasonable prices, thank you for treatment I have received recently, feeling positive now

me and my family have been with this practice for years. my wife called to try and arrange appointment last week as i was away and knew i would need a tooth looked at when i got home . this morning i called at 8:59 got a answer machine stating they open 9am called again at 9:01am got through explained that i needed to be seen to be told the earliest appointment would be friday . i asked about emergency appointment to be told they had been taken for today . this i find hard to believe as you need to call on the day for a emergency appointment it was 9:03am . the member of staff was useless and really had no interest in taking the call I did ask for the member of staffs name which she refused to give . i do know the owner of this practice and i’m sure if he knew how members of his staff where treating customers he would be shocked . i will be removing my full family to another practice and will be contacting CQC and GDC.

I am filling this in as a carer that was told I was not able to accompany my friend while in for appointment , even tho she told them she needed support understanding what they were saying . I would not recommend this place at all . Attitudes are really bad

I am such a nervous patient and seen Vanessa and Jess they were absolutely amazing with me understood my anxiety stopped when needed done breathing exercises carnt thank them enough managed to have a 50 minute appointment for scale and polish so nice to know there is dentists out there who really understand peoples phobias of going

It would be a 5 star review if not for the extremely rude receptionist. There is a way of talking to people pleasantly even if they're running late with a small child (4 minutes). Both I and a relative have had this abrupt rudeness from them!!! However the dentists themselves are brilliant

Back in April I broke a tooth. I used to be an NHS patient but somehow during COVID I was removed for missing for not booking checkups that I was unaware and received no email, phone call all letter for. I was able to get an emergency appointment privately and paid the extra cost for this and at the same time requested to sign up as an NHS patient again. I filled in paperwork when I got to my appointment and got all the work done at a private cost. 6 month's later I received a letter informing me I need a checkup and when calling to make the appointment it turns out I am still not signed up as an NHS patient and they will not dispute what was requested in April. The forms they say I filled in was for just my private care. I am unable to become an NHS patient and wouldn't even recommend signing up in the future if this is how they treat people.

Amazing dental practice! All the team are a credit to their profession. Very understanding, highly professional, everyone polite and so friendly. The practice is welcoming, exceptionally clean & runs efficiently. I left with a big smile on my face Thank you : )
