The surgery reception had a calm atmosphere. The team were very professional, skilled and caring. Having had a bad dental experience a while ago I was very nervous but I was well treated by both the dentist and hygienist, who repeatedly paused to check I was ok. The practice seems to have a practical and pragmatic approach and I did not feel they were pushing to do the maximum amount of work and were happy to just keep it under review.

Extremely poor service, called to book an appointment only to be told I had been "unregistered" and would need to wait 6wks to re-register and pay an additional fee. This was without any prior communication, even though I'd been receiving other communications by text and email. I expect better, especially as a private customer - have moved to another practise.

The worse dentist practice around. It is all about making profit. Carry on making money through their denplan during pandemic. When question, they refund the money and remove u from their list.

The practice doesn’t have time or professionalism to deal with new patients. They outright refuse to enrol new registration, don’t even have curtesy to be polite and offering any guidance. Focused on money making only. Avoid.

I was recommended to john by a friend and he is very calm and friendly with you. My extraction was done without any discomfort what so ever and you get good aftercare if you should need it.

I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 25 years following a traumatic experience during my last visit all those years ago. I spoke with Bridget in total confidence about my fear and she has been totally confidential with my issue and handled my treatment with the most sensitive and utmost care. It was possible I could easily have lost the remainder of my teeth over the next few years, but with the help of Bridget that will now not happen and I can smile openly again. The receptionists are always pleasant and very polite and friendly and speak to me as if they have know me for years. I am so so pleased the hard part is over for me and I can now go for regular checkups and hygiene appointments without a second thought. A big thank you to the whole team x
