Staff rush thing and the main prob,em is the lack of pure detail, they don't let you know what they doing and the communication is quite frankly Poor. And the most annoying thing is when you literally have months of rubbish days that make you feel crap and depressed and not knowing what to do with myself because of the sheer discomfort and agony, without at all even letting you know what they were going to do until you have already put on things like bite block which is what I had and they didn't even sag anything about it until after the appointment, and NOW THIS WILL BE MONTHS TO A YEAR BEFORE WEARING OFF!!!!!!!, absolutely depressing and really stopping doing the things I like all over moving my overbit a 1mm backward, it is hidieos and really want to end treatment😩

Just moved to the area and needed an emergency appointment to fix a fitted retainer. Bev was so helpful and reassuring on the phone and sorted everything out within minutes. 2 appointments and problem solved all within a week. Great value too. This will be our orthodontist of choice from now on!

always dread ortho appointments due to this place. never welcoming nor kind, rush you through appointments and can’t wait for you to get out. my first appointment left me in tears. my braces got put on wrong and when i revisited after they kept coming off a new dentist put them on again! they continuously cancel and move appointments and have no empathy for personal situations. i was 11 minutes late to my appointment and they refused to let me be seen despite it being entirely out of my control. i wouldn’t mind if you actually were seen within 5/10 minutes of being there but you wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes before your even seen. genuinely ridiculous.

Had such a good experience with Invisalign at Phoenix Ortho. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Even when I had to change quite a few appointments it was no trouble for the reception staff. My orthodontist Raj made me feel at ease and clearly explained the process at each step. All the staff are as excited about your results as you are! Would certainly recommend Phoenix.
