Excellent dentistry! I am a musician & depend on my voice for my job, so it's crucial that my teeth are in good order. I managed to break a front tooth the day before a job during which I was going to be recorded & photographed. I was, fortunately, able to see my dentist of some years now, David Ford. I simply must recommend his skill, excellence & professionalism in dealing with the problem. Not only am I able to use my voice properly for recording, but also, to look at me, you would not believe anything untoward has happened. His expertise is amazing! David has been assisted by Michelle since I started to visit. She is skillful, knowledgeable & kind in equal measure & a huge part of such a professional & reassuring atmosphere. I'd also like to mention Naima, on reception, whose thoughtfulness & concern for a rather panicked patient, enabled such a good outcome. Thank you. I am tremendously grateful.

I missed an appointment a while ago due to work commitments. I’ll be honest I should have rescheduled but it slipped my mind. I received a call to book an appointment which we arranged for 26th November. I then called the practice on the 24th to try rebook again due to work commitments and having 3 children it’s hard to find the time. I was told because I have missed an appointment that they would remove me from the practice and I’d have to find another dentist. So I asked is there no way I could rebook this appointment for a later date and I was told again that I would be removed from the practice. So here I am, no appointment, no registered dentist. I won’t be held to ransom by reception staff who constantly preach how customers being rude is unacceptable but are some of the rudest people I have encountered in a professional setting. Also the amount of times my kids appointments were cancelled with little to no notice was laughable but we received letters from school saying they were taking on new child patients. Maybe try focuses on the kids you can’t currently see before bringing new ones in. 2 stars given because the last dentist I saw was actually very nice.

Great dentist. Been going here for a while. I used to have a fear of going to the dentist but not anymore. Really patient & understanding. Alison the hygienist is great along with her assistant. Charlie is the dentist I see regularly. Never had any problems. Highly recommended.

Dental staff are fantastic. Front desk staff are rude, unhelpful and misinformed. Despite English law being very clear on the fact that it's the terms and conditions at the time of booking of a treatment (and paying a deposit and thereby creating a "contract for services") that holds sway over the delivery of those services, I had to battle through two front desk staff who were adamant that they had changed the cancellation policy from 24 to 48 hours "recently" (despite it still l saying online that the policy is 24 hours), and they referred this to "the practice manger" who apparently confirmed the illegal position of 48 hours! This after two occasions of circumspect communications leading me to pay more in appointment rearrangement fees than on treatment. Be aware and cautious AND KNOW YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Was not treated right at all ,because am not suited and booted or dress up ,treated like am poor commoner well your wrong ,I can afford to see a hygienes ,would of been nice if she treat me right she was talking down to me ,your no better then me do you treat all your patients like that or are the one who you think that don’t work ,which I do , it was not a nice experience at all it was awful.still waiting for my refund of £1400 back for my denture it’s ok filing it down if you file it down in one place it needs doing all round it ,it was so painful on gums it was perfect lovely denture just did not sit right on my gums he said can’t do anymore to it ,he could put did not want too ,so told me to get my money back ,he is a good .

Alison Wilson and Stacey make you feel at ease and are very friendly. I am not the best patient as I am quite nervous and feel very anxious. I can honestly say when I walk in the room I feel much better . They are very professional and you can tell they really enjoy what they do. Following my 6 monthly visit to Alison I had my annual dental check up with Dr Adam Al-Bendawi this week. He is a very polite friendly Dentist who also makes you feel at ease. Dr Al-Bendawi is incredibly professional and always smiles and shows he cares about his patients and enjoys his job. Valued members to your team!
