She always takes the time to ask how you are and makes you feel genuinely valued as a patient. Naomi, my regular dental hygienist, is always professional, thorough, and provides clear, practical advice on keeping my teeth and gums healthy. She’s approachable and supportive, which makes each visit both reassuring and effective. On occasions when Naomi isn’t available, Maria has provided cover, and I’ve been equally impressed by her care. She’s kind, helpful, and extremely supportive — doing an outstanding job every time. What I truly appreciate is the personal touch across the whole team. They always take the time to check whether I have any vulnerabilities or concerns, and that level of attentiveness really sets them apart. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for caring professionals and a patient focused team.
