I went to Crystal Dental Care as I was unhappy with my natural teeth, which were very small and had large gaps. I had a consultation with Ahmed and he detailed all the options that they could help with and was very informative. Following discussions, we decided that veneers would be the best route forward. I had 8 veneers fitted and I was really happy with the care I received. Ahmed and Rebecca were fantastic, very professional, personable and helpful throughout, any concerns I had were addressed and they did everything to make sure I was happy with the treatment I received. Brendan put me immediately at ease with his excellent communication skills as he explained exactly what he was doing. AMAZING! Brilliant team from receptionist, dental nurses and Brendan Murphy. My wife and I recently completed our treatment. I had 3 implants, white fillings and teeth whitening. My wife had 1 implant and replaced 7 NHS crowns, 2 veneers and the dreaded root canal treatment. To say we were nervous at the onset of this journey is an understatement. Brendan and his team are exceptional, very down to earth putting us at ease. Brendan is so professional and friendly explaining the procedures he was doing. All treatment was painless !! I could not have asked for more! The staff are friendly from the moment you speak on the phone and when you first arrive. I wanted my teeth straightened with some bonding but didn’t want to look fake and I was delighted with the natural end result. Dr Murphy put me at ease as soon as I met him and made the decision of where to have my treatment easy! During my treatment he was really helpful in working round treatment I was having with my regular dentist. I really couldn’t have asked for more. A special mention to Rebecca who is not only a fab dental nurse but was always really helpful and even entertained my little boy once when I didn’t have childcare!
