Lovely reception staff but my appointment was at 11.20 at 12.10 was told by a dentist there was a delay so would be seen shortly after nearly an hour of waiting..when i finally did see the dentist she tapped my tooth causing pain then told couldnt have tooth out as first time seeing her so sent away with antibiotics and told to ring again in a week as couldnt book in advance..so now in pain for a week until hopefully i can get seen again and have it removed. waste of time and money very upset considering previous visits have been no issue

Had to leave a review after two amazing visits with my young daughter. The staff have been exceptional in dealing with my daughter's fear and anxiety. She's had two appointments after failed attempts at tooth repair with our own dentist. She went in so frightened and has left both times, smiling and happy about her experience. The way the dentists have interacted with her has been second to none. I would highly recommend.

I have been a private patient since December 2024. Initially all seemed good and the dental work professional. However the management of reception phone service is non existent. It is impossible to reach reception by phone, you are put in a phone line que and it doesn't matter what number in the que they tell you your are at, they just keep you waiting and then eventually after telling you to leave a message just hang up on you and the phone is then just constantly engaged because no one is there. Numerous messages left regarding appointment confirmations are just ignored and no one ever rings back so you don't know if you have an appointment or not. The only way to contact them is to drive there pay to park in the car park and go to reception in person.

As a patient at siskins I developed an abscess in my upper tooth, was seen same day emergency appointment and prescribed antibiotics. Returned a week later for tooth extraction feeling anxious. My emergency dentist John yossef and his nurse were brilliant, put me at ease and was very patient and gentle. Thank you so much to all at the practice for sorting my problem out.

I was in unbearable pain for over a week with toothache. It was a nightmare trying to find a nhs dentist in norwich even 111 couldn't find one .I even tried private and that was also a nightmare. Trying to get through to these guys was a nightmare for a couple of days but I eventually got through and they got me in straight away.I am a very nervous patient and have had to be sedated previously on tooth extractions. On this occasion it wasn't possible .I saw a lovely dentist foreign lady she was amazing she put me at ease and I never felt the needle going in ,she gave me 1 injection and made me sit in reception whilst it took effect .on return to dentist chair she administered some more numbing injection which I did not feel at all within 5 minutes the tooth was out I did not feel no discomfort or pain on the extraction I did not even realise she had removed the tooth until she told me all done .I was absolutely eleated. What an amazing dentist .I had to hug her I was so relieved that it was pain and trauma free .well done to that dentist .
