Poor service. No problems booking in. When ive come to ask for a full payment link they cant find it. They asked 5 times from two members of staff my name, DOB, address and postcode and she's telling me im being funny and how she wont service me instead of holding herself accountable for her idiocy and rudeness. How come you cant find my appointment? How come you're scapegoating a new patient that hasn't even been with this dentist yet due to your lack of? Appalling behaviour the manager has no manners its disgusting. Trying to ring me after dodging my calls and phobbing me off as well. I'd advise future customers to go elsewhere theyre quick to want money but if and when there's a problem they blame the paying customer its just an excuse because they can't admit to making a simple mistake. She is also sending abusive messages to my phone to have the last say and can't even spell my name correctly.

I visited this dentist as an emergency in February as I had an abscess and my tooth was removed . I have recently been to my NHS dentist for a routine check up and was asked about this tooth that was removed. My dentist asked me if Dentozen gave me antibiotics incase I had an infection. They did not offer me antibiotics and fortunately I didn’t have an infection. Dentozen please offer some aftercare as removing my tooth cost me £350 at least get the basics right.

I had a nice experience at this dentist. I’ve been for quite a few Invisalign consultations and sometimes it feels so fake like people reading from a script and trying to put you under a sales spell. This felt calmer and more authentic. Amar the dentist is kind and empathetic. And really made me feel cared for. I’m exploring the option of having fixed braces now otherwise I would have definitely gone ahead with treatment here

I had a tooth extraction and filling done yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The procedure was quick and painless, and they gave clear aftercare instructions. The follow-up was excellent, everyone was friendly,The place is absolutely gorgeous nice and clean,Thank you for making a stressful experience so easy!!

Traveling to Leeds for Dentozen was the best decision I’ve made! With their professionalism, efficiency, and welcoming space.. the whole experience was smooth and stress free. It felt like they truly cared to provide great service. Seen, heard and understood.. the team collectively made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.. and the results of their work.. a whole week later.. I have no complaints.
