After suffering from a migraine episode and having to cancel my appointment an hour before, I was told very coldly by 'Alisha' that 'The next appointment that is missed will lead to a deregistration'. Absolutely zero compassion with a horrendous migraine. I could've not even bothered to inform them as I was in so much pain, but out of respect I did. Let's hope that Alisha never has to experience the pain that I had to go through, yesterday. Very disappointing.

First appointment today and really impressed with the dentist. She took time to explain options, no pushing treatments like my previous dentist. Friendly and calm.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, and had left it so long that both me and my teeth were in a bit of a state. But Nitin Oswal and the nurse Jassi looked after me so well. Explained everything, so patient and did a really incredible job. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Thank you so much, and thank you to the reception too ❤️

I was treated by Dr. Sunil for a complex extraction, and I can honestly say he made a very difficult situation much easier for me. He was friendly and reassuring throughout the surgery, and really helped keep me confident when I was feeling anxious. The procedure was handled professionally, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. On top of that, the price was affordable compared to other places I contacted, which made a big difference to me. I’m very grateful for Dr. Sunil’s skill, kindness, and professionalism, and I would happily recommend him to anyone in need of dental treatment. V Daniel

Had very good treatment from Kanchan and Alisha and today they replaced my composite bonding on my front teeth...my teeth look so much better than I expected and much better than when I've had it done before in other practices. Definitely recommend. Thanks so much x

Moved from Wiltshire so needed to register with a new dentist. As this surgery is fairly close to home I went to enquire. The young woman on reception was brusque bordering on rude. She needs an in depth course in customer facing skills. I know I have to pay but she treated me as though I was a total idiot and insisted on telling me what I already know. No toilets that I could see, no price list or guidelines on pricing etc. Wanted a deposit prior to booking. Fair enough but it seemed more like a demand and that I wasn't to be trusted. I felt belittled. An unpleasant experience and not one that I care to repeat.

Very disappointing as no toilet for patients. Any other medical clinics or building i ever attend it has toilets for patients. Very inconvenient especially after 40 min drive 30 min visit and another 40 min needed to drive back home.
