I’ve been using ADC for over ten years now. I’ve never had a problem, unlike other practices I’d been using before. I’ve always had good, cost effective treatment. Other reviews complain about the prices but I would urge those people to research the cost of dentistry and ask themselves if they would be happy working for the prices they are expecting to pay before being so negative. My better half is very anxious about dentist visits but they always put her at ease very well. Five stars from me.

The staff at this practice are genuinely lovely and very helpful, their customer service is easily 5 stars. Unfortunately, when it comes to the dentistry, my experience has been disappointing. I’ve only been at this dentist a few years. I have always attended my 6-month check-ups/cleans to prevent problems, yet I still needed two emergency appointments which were preventable. For example, I had a check-up at the end of April but by June was back with a severe toothache caused by a large cavity that had been missed by my regular dentist. I received an emergency filling with a second dentist, but the filling isn't right and is giving issues. Since moving to a new dental practice, I’ve also been told I have a cavity under another filling and that several older fillings are cracked and need to be replaced. They have recommended replacing them now to protect the teeth. Importantly, one of my emergency visits at Abbey Dental was for an old filling that had cracked and taken half my tooth off with it, this tooth now requires a crown. Had this been picked up during routine check-ups, I could have avoided the damage and the considerable cost of a crown. Sadly, while the team are kind and welcoming, I wouldn’t recommend this practice for dental care.

I’m incredibly happy with my Invisalign results and would definitely recommend Conall at Abbey Dental Clinic. Conall was very informative and approachable throughout the whole Invisalign process and answered any questions I had. I am now very pleased with my result and can see a huge difference in improvement. It’s the best decision I made and I would also like to credit the dental surgery itself for being very pleasant as all staff were friendly and made me feel at ease.

I have been with Abbey Dental Clinic for a number of years now and have always found them fantastic both with myself and my young daughters (particularly when one decided to nearly knock a front tooth out!). Conall has always been so helpful and made sure we are all at ease during our appointments. I recently took the plunge and went for Invisalign. I am absolutely delighted with the results and Conall was fantastic at guiding me through the process and making sure I obtained the optimum outcome.

After visiting abbey due to severe tooth pain and being nervous of the dentist I seen they offered sedation gas & air so decided to try here after examination I was told it was sinus infection and they refused to pull out the tooth even though I asked to just pull it out as im in a lot of pain have been to ent who says its not that causing tooth pain so a few hundred pound down and still sitting in the same position with severe tooth pain
