Was in terrible pain with a broken tooth at the weekend.. booked a appointment and was seen early Sunday morning. All staff was lovely . The place was so clean and relaxed. Dr umar was fantastic fully explained all my treatment and prices before hand . Nurse sabrina was so nice also, really relaxed and looked after me , I felt no pain at all having the tooth taken out . Can’t thank the place enough for the quick treatment as honestly not sure what i would of done if i had to wait to be seen .

I had an abcess and a bad tooth which was making me feel unwell and I had a shooting pain in that area. I had a bad taste in my mouth and needed seeing pretty soon. I rang in the morning and managed to get a same day appointment for 12.15 pm. On arrival I was asked if I was okay and offered a drink and was given a form to fill in. The girls behind the desk also took the initial consultation fee of £50 that included any xrays. I then sat and waited. The surgery was very quiet, calm and relaxed with plenty of comfortable beige chairs to sit in. The waiting area and toilets were very clean. Caroline the dentist called me in and asked if I was okay (I was trying not to cry, I don't even like sitting in the chair!). Caroline made me feel at ease. The dentist chair was comfortable and my head felt supported and I did not feel lowered right down to the ground. I told Caroline what the problem was and she took an xray and explained I would need a complex extraction which would cost £420. Because my tooth had a hole in it there was a danger it could fracture. I agreed to have it done and went back to the reception area to pay. I went back into the surgery and Caroline injected the area and I went back into the reception area to give the anaesthesia chance to work. When I went back Caroline tested the area and kept testing and reinjecting the area till she was absolutely certain I would feel no pain. The extraction itself was just like a normal extraction but because my tooth had a hole in it Caroline had to spend time carefully loosening the tooth in the socket to ensure it did not fracture when being pulled out. It took about 10 mins and it was painless. Caroline did a marvellous job of getting the tooth out in one piece which was a huge relief. She is an excellent, efficient, thorough dentist. The next day I recieved a text to ask how I was and was reminded of the aftercare of having a tooth extraction. I was also informed that if I got a dry socket they would treat me as that was included in the price, which was also a relief. Great service in case of a dental emergency A couple of months later I had a cracked tooth that hurt underneath and was using saltwater rinses to manage it. I knew it needed to come out and kept putting it off. It got to the point my gum was swollen so I finally called to make an appointment and got in the same time at a convenient time. On arrival I was greated by pleasent polite reception staff who took the examination fee of £50. I had had a tooth out before but was still shaking like a leaf. The reception area is clean relaxed and airy and the toilets are clean and accessable. I was not waiting long and got called in. I met Dr Saif who introduced himself and greated me by name. I told him what the problem was and he invited me to sit in the chair to take a look. He took an xray and invited me to look at the screen to highlight what the problem was. He told me my options and I chose an extraction. He the injected the area which was relatively pain free considering it was deep into my cheek and he counted down to let me know when it was over. I then went back into the reception area to give the anaesthetic a chance to work and pay the £395 fee for my treatment. I then got called back and he began extracting the tooth. It was swift and pain free. It came out easily as it was already loose and he informed me what he was doing throughout and showed me the tooth to demonstrate it was all over. Dr Saif seems like a courteous, kind enthusiastic dentist. He seems to understand people are nervous and dont like going. I asked him questions about my dental health and he was keen and knowledgeable in his answers. This is a great place to go in a dental emergency as you will get seen promptly and its very relaxed and friendly and the people who work there said they enjoy working there.

Recently had a tooth extraction and filling and had a great experience during both appointments. The receptionists are friendly and the waiting area doesn't feel "clinical". Also Dr Hassan is great, made sure both of my procedures were pain free and was happy to answer all of my questions! Four stars though as it was slightly pricier than I was expecting. However with payment plans it's manageable.

Booked an emergency appointment to have a tooth extraction and got a same day appointment. Dr Hassan was amazing with explaining everything that was happening. As someone who has a fear of dentists, I couldn’t have been put more at ease. Massive thank you to everyone at night and day emergency dentist.
