Yesterday I had a Filling and Hygiene Appointment with Gabrielle , it was the first appointment I'd had after my Consultation earlier in the year. I have to say she was absolutely amazing. I didn't feel the Needle at all and the whole experience was excellent. Gabrielle was very professional and talked me through the whole procedure.

Great service, I was running late for my appointment due to trafic congestion, I fully expected to have to reschedule the appontment but the receptionist asked my dentist Edward Atkin if he could fit me in if I waited a while and he did. It saved me rebooking and travelling there all over again. I really appreciated the effort and consideration shown to me, they didn't have to go the extra mile but they did.

Reception team very friendly and helpful, the dentist and the dental nurse were very friendly and understanding. And I just wanted to thank you all for a wonderful service.

Never felt comfortable or listened to at this dentist. I’d raise concerns with my teeth and be told there’s nothing wrong and sent away just for me to have to come back when I’m in even more pain and she finally fixes it. I called to ask for an appointment with a different dentist because of this over 4 weeks ago, the receptionist I spoke to was a younger girl who was so rude, told me she’d call me back with an appointment and I’m still waiting. I’ve given up and joined another dentist wish I’d have done this ages ago would have saved a fortune with the amount of appointments it takes to get things sorted at bupa.

I was seen by Tom McArdle, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, which I really appreciated as a new patient. The whole team were welcoming and the practice itself was clean and well-organised. Couldn’t have asked for a better first visit. Highly recommend
