Initial experience of booking was absolutely fine. The actual dentist experience was awful, I won’t go into it on this review but let’s just hope you don’t get the dentist I got. Labelled dentally unstable and not fit to join there plan was so lovely of them. But obviously I’d be fit enough if I give them another £300 for the hygenist appointments first then they will “Review”, money making excercise. Would actually back up a previous review around dirty equipment. An awful smell of coffee/smoke on the dentist followed by the equipment also having a bad smell. I wouldn’t reccomend this dentist to anyone, the dentist should not be an experience where you feel shamed. £63 badly spent.

I have been avoiding to see a dentist for a long time due to being anxious (obviously), but honestly, I couldn’t be more happy after finding this clinic. Everyone from reception, to the specialists who work there, especially Dr M Quigley, were nice, quick, efficient, professional, but most importantly - kind and understanding. I have terrible dental anxiety and for the past 10 days have been battling a tooth abscess and I knew would need an extraction. Was absolutely terrified, but the staff here and Will the dentist who saw me were wonderful. I got an emergency appointment straight away when it first started, where I got antibiotics and support over the phone from the lovely reception staff when I was concerned. Tooth out yesterday no problem, over in a couple of seconds, could not reccomend more highly. Worth every penny. Thank you.

The hygienist Mrs Peacock is superb so gentle and extremely knowledgeable. All my previous hygienists have cleaned but left me feeling rough,” around the gums, unlike her. Mr Dowling recently re did a couple of fittings and they are excellent a perfect fit. Unlike some other dentists I’ve had over the years. He too explains options professionally. I just wish I’d found them before now. I can’t recommend them both highly enough.

I can't praise Chris and the team at Great Park enough. Years of outdated dental work left me in need of extensive treatment to resolve the problems and to describe me as a nervous patient is a significant understatemet! With great care and a treatment plan lasting several months Chris's work has been amazing, I literally can't stop smiling - thank you so much.

Visited Newcastle Advanced Dentisty in Great Park following a previous experience at their Kingston Park Practice. Had to get a tooth filling and decay removed, and had a great experience (as far as a dentist appointment can be great) with Dr. M Quigley and his assistant Rosaleigh (apologies if i've spelt this wrong or got it completely wrong) Was made to feel comfortable the whole time and everything was all clean and hygienic, and the waiting room is nice with free refreshments. Was also happy to know they do work experience which was great to see and hope she wasn't scared off by watching! Would recommend the practice.

Just had a wisdom tooth pulled out and honestly as far as experiences like this go, it was pretty good Dr Dowling and the nurse supporting him (sorry I forgot your name!) were amazing, they really went above and beyond for me and I couldn't possibly be more grateful I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I entered to the moment I left, everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, I would recommend this place to anyone - high quality, great service , the best dental service I've ever used Edit: 6 months on after continued service, I'd add a 6th star if I could. It's so clear that this practise truly cares about the people walking through their doors, thanks always for your stellar service!
