I always feel quite relaxed when Gavin completes my examination, had a chat before he started and made recommendations for my next appointment Also Maria and Tony were very complimentary during my hygiene scale & polish, chatted all through through the procedure which kept me at ease.

Not happy with this dentist at all. I have more pain than I started off with and the staff were rude. I wish I had read all the other reviews before wasting nearly a grand on bad care. Definitely not going back and will be thoroughly checking any new dental practices out before having any more treatment from now on. Also theres no car park and no where close to park.

Dear Westmount Dental Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I received at your practice on 21st July. I had an appointment booked for 1pm under what I understood to be my correct name. However, upon arrival — despite being only 9 minutes late due to the lack of parking at your premises and having to walk — I was informed that my appointment could not be honoured. There are yellow lines around all blocks of the building and it was my first time at the practice. I have a business myself and understand that when someone no shows for an appointment there is a charge, however 9minutes and no booking terms and conditions being sent out with no agreement to this policy on my behalf, it is outrageous to charge me £100 for a service I did not receive. You are profiting from my misfortune of not finding a parking space and the manager would not even come and explain this situation to me as to why I would not receive my payment back or a reschedule of the appointment If you are reading this, do not go to Westmount Dental as the moral compass of the company is all wrong I would like to highlight the following points of concern: • I was not provided with any appointment confirmation, correspondence, or your terms and conditions either by email or text prior to attending • The appointment was incorrectly booked under the wrong name, which I was not made aware of until I arrived - (melissa white)? Which is why I have probably not received any email or text with any information of my appointment? • The lack of onsite parking was not communicated, nor were alternative arrangements suggested, leaving me no choice but to find parking further away and walk to the practice, which contributed to my slight delay • I was met with no understanding or flexibility despite these issues being entirely outside of my control. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer care demonstrated and I feel my time and custom were treated with little regard. I would like to obtain a full refund of my treatment payment of £100 due to the fact I have not received any treatment nor was told anything about a late fee. I did show up to the appointment late by 9minutes but this was due to the lack of parking at your practice and it being my first appointment there. I would have expected some human decency and a good will gesture to have been applied to my situation due to keeping a long term private paying customer. I expect a written response to this complaint within 7 working days, and a clear explanation of how you intend to address this matter and improve your processes to avoid similar experiences for future patients. I have been with this dentist for a number of years. I have had 4 consecutive appointments cancelled by the practice without reason. I was not contacted to explain why the appointments had been cancelled yet when I cancelled my direct debit I was contacted within 2 hours. I was also not informed there would be a 'setting up/admin fee' for the direct debit. The place has never been the same since Mr Macdonald left.

Waste of time this practice Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a broken retainer. The day of the appointment I revived a call to say it wasn’t an nhs issue and I’d have to pay private. I declined Made an appointment with another practise and had the retained fixed under nhs charges as it was an nhs issue Westmount only want private patients.
