Dr Ahmed is amazing, friendly, caring and puts nervous patients like myself at ease! Absolutely amazing at what he does! Such a credit to his profession ...he deserves a medal!! 🏅. Having been sent here for an urgent referral for a surgical extraction after a normal extraction went horribly wrong, I was was somewhat nervous! Didn't need to be the staff were brilliant! Explained everything, were very patient with me as I was so nervous and anxious. Thank you!

I had such a positive experience today with Ellie and Tom. I went in for a scale and polish but Tom listened to my concerns and replaced both fillings instead. They were so patient Ellie even held my hand and comforted me which made the whole process smooth. I’m so glad I’ve finally found a dentist who truly cares.

From the lovely receptionists to the brilliant dentists the service here is amazing. For many years I stayed away from dentists due to treatment as a child but 8 years ago had to go and see one. I was lucky enough to find this practice and Mr Ahmed has been brilliant I am no longer nervous. I had an emergency appointment this morning with another dentist Ben Badman. I admit I was nervous from the moment I walked in this amazing man made me feel confident. He repaired my tooth was understanding kind , caring and friendly whilst still being professional. Thank you all you are just the best

My mum had an awful time at the dentist and felt really anxious throughout the appointment. But I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the lovely girl—possibly a trainee—who stayed by her side the whole time. She held my mum’s hand, kept talking to her, and helped her stay calm. My mum said it made such a difference having someone so kind and gentle there. Even while assisting with the procedure and aspirating, she made sure my mum didn’t feel alone. We’re both so grateful for her support—she truly made a difficult experience a little easier.
