I am petrified of the dentist and having to move to a new dentist due my previous dentist retiring was my worst nightmare. However, I have to say Dr Chaudary has made that transition easier than I expected. She has taken her time with me knowing how anxious I am and been thorough with my check ups. I would also like to say thank you to Hannah for being a lovely receptionist who is friendly and very polite.

My wife visited the dentist for a toothache they gave her antibiotics unfortunately the scribbled on top of the prescription I want to my local pharmacist the refuse to take the prescription because it had been scribbled on I called the dentist and I explained to them the situation the lady says to me you have to come within the next 10 minutes or it will be next Monday so I drive like a madman to get to the dental practice before they close when I get there the lady at the reception I spoke to before I went down says to me your wife should come down to collect the prescription so I explain to her you did not mention that to me when I called eventually blamed my wife saying it is your responsibility to make sure that the prescription is ok before you leave the premises I am not a doctor nor am I at dentist why would it be my responsibility is lady at the reception terribly rude her name is Amira

SCROLL DOWN ⬇️( clearly can’t be the only one who has had the same experience with them) This dentist is a disgrace!! And need to seriously sort there reputation out They treat nhs patients disgusting especially the receptionists they have no manners and very little respect I had been wrongfully treated by both receptionists and the practitioner manager called ASTHESIA!! I had an appointment booked and was 2 minutes late due to not being able to find the building as they have a different building displayed on there Google photos…. I was then banned from dentist within no good reason I had called up numerous times and was sent straight to voicemail once being able to get in contact with the receptionist they had told me I was banned from the dentist as there was false information put down saying I didn’t attend my appointment at all I was treated unfairly and this could not be resolved when asked it they could review this they had not negotiated and was rude towards me being passive aggressive on the phone I had told them I would be writing a review on Google as I think people should be aware off this and they had laughed at me and continued to be disrespectful then put the phone down be weary off this place if your under the nhs as they really don’t give a shit unless there benefiting from your money
