This is the worst dentist you can ever go to. Staff are horrible and most. They have done the worst treatment to me that is not reversible. I am not sure if these are trainee dentists or or not, but all you get from them is, you should have taken care of your health. I won’t advise anyone visiting this place.

The worst, I paid for a white filling and it wasn’t done properly so it got infected underneath the filling and destroyed my whole tooth now i need to have it out😩 this place is absolutely rubbish

I had an appointment at my dentist having not been for 3yrs and the receptionist was really helpful when I was trying to get an appointment as my work rota is complicated at times, she was very patient and said it wasn’t a problem and we sorted it out. My dentist who I have had for quite some time now, Mrs Khan, is just fantastic, there is no upselling or giving you treatment that is not required, she gives excellent care and advice and is very efficient. I don’t think I have ever been to a dentist where they do your filling there and then, like I did, normally it’s book back in two months later if your lucky.

I was directed here for emergency treatment and the service was nothing short of amazing!!!! I was previously quoted £780 to take out a decayed tooth in awkward place by a private dentist in Birmingham as my current dentist had no appointments and had put me on a wait list. I came here and was seen by dentist Saeid. N and he was superb, he took x-rays of my mouth, he explained clearly that the tooth was in an awkward place and gave me options of moving forward. I choose to have the tooth removed and saeid did it all within 10 minutes even though it was a difficult tooth, he talked to me throughout and ensured I remained calm and kept asking me that I was okay and ensured I was managing with the process, and he also took X-rays to ensure all the tooth was removed which really gave me piece of mind….and the best part the whole appointment cost me £27.10. I was that happy I filled out the form to join this dentist at the end of my appointment, all the staff I encountered were wonderful, but I would really like to thank Saeid for going above and beyond for me. I look forward to seeing him next time as patient for a check up as oppose to an emergency. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!!! Saeid is the best dentist I’ve ever encountered.

I love my new dentists! I had to leave my previous private practice as they were constantly up selling and trying to give me unnecessary treatments, the level of care was also very poor. Finally I found NHS treatment available at this surgery, and signed up. I was nervous after seeing some of the reviews, but the staff and service couldn't be better. Super friendly and they explained everything thoroughly. I felt really well cared for as a patient. Thank you.

From the very first visit and even when I called for an appointment, the reception team have been absolutely amazing. They are always patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Their friendliness and professionalism made the whole process so easy and stress-free for me and my family. I really appreciate their wonderful attitude and highly recommend this dental practice!
