I have been a patient\customer for several years now and am always happy to see Ziggy, Shayne and the team whenever I need dental treatment. I always try to book my annual check up and a visit to the hygienist in the same appointment, but the scale and polish used to fill me with dread. I have very sensitive teeth and some gum recession and the procedure was often " uncomfortable " shall we say. Today I met Shahzad, who has restored my faith in dental hygienists! After some questions and a gentle start, we soon realised that the mechanical instruments were too harsh for me. He then performed a professional, thorough (and painless) clean manually and ensured my records were updated to include an instruction for "no machine" in future. Thank you Shahzad 10\10.

I have been treated by Dr Ziggy Mirski previously before he took ownership of this practice. I travelled from the Isle of Man to be treated by him. He is honest, reassuring, professional and an excellent dentist who listens to your concerns and never pressures you into making a decision . He carefully creates a well thought out treatment plan to move forward and ensures you fully understand it. I couldn’t recommend him and his thoughtful team more highly than I do. After many many years of many many teeth problems from when this practice was above lloyds bank with different dentists and a different name , the last Dentist Dr Rupert Parsons got me stable for many years and he was great , Now we move on to 2020/2021 and yes my love of Coca Cola and my lifestyle leads me clearly on to problems , but Ziggy is just so reassuring , I know my mouth , I know what needs to happen in the future but for now I just wanted a few issues sorted , Ziggys response "Whatever you wish" , you couldn't ask for a more comforting and reassuring Dentist if you tired , He tells you what's wrong , but in a non condescending way and gives you all the options up front , no judgement and so friendly, lovely and humorous guy , the ladies on reception are also brilliantly friendly and lovely ( even remembering conversations I had months ago about having a house flood and having a new kitchen fitted) Good "Customer" service is what the world should be about and feeling like its all about you when you use a service be it the Dentist , Doctors or a Junk removal company or anything else. Well Done Ziggy and team , I get emergency appointments almost immediately I request them and if I could give 6 stars , I would , after the problems I have had in the past with many other Dentists there is nothing better than having a really brilliant one. I suppose what Im really saying is Ziggy has a great "Bedside manner" and that is worth gold. Update 11/03/21 : After my bang on time appointment , friendliness and more importantly my pain free treatment today I have to echo the thoughts of another comment on here that Ziggy (Zygmunt Mirski) is the most impressive dentist I've ever known in my 51 years alive , Welcome to Bromyard , please stay here .. najlepszy dentysta Update 12/07/22 - I am Blown away by the service I have had over the past 24 hours , last night I broke a crown on a front tooth,it was exactly 17.00 when it broke( the time the dentists close) but they still took my call, by 13.30 today it was sorted and the replacement looks better than what was there , the lady on reception Shane understood my issue and was amazing at getting me seen to quickly and to get me an appointment as early as possible and Ziggy , yet again you were brilliant , thank you both so much, I would cancel my mortgage repayments before I would cancel my denplan payments if I had to. Now that is testament to amazing Service. Thank you

Having taken over from the previous dentist not so long ago, Ziggy provides a wonderful, friendly, thorough, professional service, with great, pain free needle technique and much attention to detail. I had an old tooth that needed a crown and had 3 follow up appointments, the first involving the dreaded root canal work. It went extremely well despite lasting 90 minutes. Comfortable and no pain whatsoever. A true master. My crown looks terrific and the bite is perfect. Many thanks Ziggy!
