I went for a new patient and hygiene appointment and had a horrible experience. The hygiene part was really painful and I was spitting blood into the sink for quite some time following this. They told me it was normal but I’ve had this done at two dentists before and never had so much bleeding from it. The dentist then informed me that I needed 7 fillings, despite me never needing a filling before! He was quick to provide me with a £1500+ invoice for the work, and I then received a call just the following day asking me to book in for the treatment. I got a second opinion from a different practice who concluded I do not need any fillings! I am also 6 months pregnant and did not appreciate the unnecessary stress that this experience caused.

I just wanted to thank John and his staff for making a horrible time for me so much easier. I was in agony, got an emergancy appointment on a Sunday. Tooth extracted there and then and a root canal booked in for the Tuesday. Root canal undertaken, uncomfortable, but pain free. Further work needed at the Caterham Clinic. Again, uncomfortable, but pain free. Further treatment required, so I booked an appointment to discuss options. John discussed options, and carried out the treatment there and then. Brilliant! The pain that I have experienced during treatment in the past has made me petrified of dentists, but not at Aesthetica Dental Clinique - thank you! Great receptionist too, friendly, helpful and put me at ease straight away.

I have always been absolutely petrified at the dentist, I had to have quite extensive treatment on my teeth due to medication and pregnancy, I was incredibly impressed by John and the way he treated me, he put me at ease immediately he always made sure to explain everything to me fully in a way that I could understand. But most importantly he took his time with me. I recently had implants done at the surgery to buy Marium and again I was very impressed with how she treated me, always making sure I was ok at every step. Steph has been absolutely amazing and so incredibly friendly 😊. Marium, John and Steph have always fitted my appointments around my busy schedule. I would 100% recommend this dentists, I won't be going anywhere else. The Dental nurses are also so lovely and welcoming. I wouldn't say I'm over my fear of the dentist but I now don't have any problems going to them. So far I am delighted with my results.

Terrible, my pregnant wife waited 45 mins to be hung up on, myself 30 and hung up on, do not respond to emails. Awful service. Its like they dont care about their patients.

I’m sure I’m not unique in my “fear” of the dentist. However the team here put me at my ease and to be honest it was a nice experience- much better than those old school dentists! Since my visit I’ve plucked up the courage and had all my old fillings replaced over the past two months. I’d recommend them, especially to any nervous patients who are putting off a visit.
