I’ve always ‘looked after’ my teeth, although my largely typical diet over the years - eg too much sugary confectionery as a child - actively undermined my efforts! So, inevitably, I’ve had to have considerable remediation and repair work done and can happily report that Jim’s professionalism, dedication to his patients and careful attention to detail is second to none, supported by a brilliant team who all play their part from the moment you walk in the door. This person centred approach was none more evident than in a recent emergency visit with my grandson when Jim instinctively knew - that having examined the wee fella’s broken tooth - the key ‘treatment’ required that day was gentle reassurance of his mum! Jim and his team don’t do “tooth replacement in isolation” they look after your whole smile!

I explained the situation to Naomi who was onto it immediately; I then got a call from Murray who offered to see Mum for an initial assessment and now we are seeing a specialist. So efficient, so reactive, so professional, so caring; I can’t recommend Albany highly enough.
