Dr Ash and Sabiha were very accommodating while also being professional too. They made the entire process tolerable and comfortable, to the point where going to another checkup wasn't unbearable at all. Would definitely recommend for top class treatment.

The dental staff that I have come across are very lovely. I have come here for the hygienist and various other appointments. However I can't help but complain about the main receptionist I come across almost every time I visit or call. She is very blunt and actually rather quite rude. In my last few visits (which range over a couple of years) i've noticed her yell at young teenagers and speak to them harsh. I understand that work can get overwhelming, but none of the other reception staff ever have a rude attitude like this? I finally have felt the need to write a review as I've noticed her yell and belittle people who don't perhaps have English as a first language, and as an immigrant myself, I feel slightly threatened- as I catch myself feeling anxious before I approach her with a query. I hope she can come across as more gentle in the future, and perhaps learn some good customer service from her excellent colleagues.

I went there on an emergency appointment feeling absolutely terrified, I don't do hospital, dentist or doctors. I haven't seen a dentist since being butchered yrs ago but Karin Dhoot the dentist I had the pleasure of seeing today has restored my faith in their profession so thank you. Definitely recommend this dental practice

Everyone avoid going there as they are very unprofessional and very rude. They always hang up on you and they never want to hear what you want to say. I’m advising all people that get put there to find somewhere better because their service is absolutely rubbish and do their research on the company better. If you ever have a problem there and you try to speak to the manager she just refuses to help and says no one else will help because there’s no one higher above her and she will hang up on you. I never write reviews, but this business I found is really disgusting. They don’t have no professional standards. I just received a message from yourself on Sarah Rahman google review which we gave but now I have to give it again and I can’t reply back but your whole team are liars and your the ones giving misinformation I have attended multiple appointments in which proves my son was qualified because if he wasn’t you wouldn’t have gave a second appointment which means your whole team and managers are liars. It’s a shame I cant reply back to the other review but shame on your business and when I asked for names because there receptionists was shouting she could have said to me that it’s fine I will speak to them but instead the manager said we don’t give out names in which I said I never heard of this she said that’s how it is this is not a GP but a dental service this is sad because probably a lot of other people are experiencing this, clearly she isn’t a manager because manager would always respect people but to slam the phone down on me which isn’t professional. The manager just to keep her company good she lies about everything and I want the calls to be tracked. I know I will receive another reply in which it will still be a bunch of lies and I want someone high above to deal with this as the manager thinks she can get away with this. I want this to go further above and beyond investigated and your team should be trained on communication as you made me cry especially when I suffer depression and mental health problems. I don’t want any more lies be honest!
