Absolutely disgraceful service. My mother had an appointment booked weeks in advance, yet on the day, the staff were running late with no courtesy to inform us. When we asked about the delay, the receptionist responded with extreme hostility, shouting instead of offering a professional explanation. Rather than addressing his staff’s appalling behaviour, Dr Abdirzak chose to cancel the appointment entirely, effectively punishing my mother for their incompetence. This is not just poor service; it has had a real impact on us. My mother was left distressed and without the care she needed, forcing us to scramble for alternatives at the last minute. The complete lack of professionalism, empathy and respect for patients is shocking, especially for a private practice where people are paying for a service. I will be reporting this to both the General Medical Council and the Care Quality Commission to ensure this kind of misconduct is properly investigated. No one should have to go through this. Avoid at all costs if you value your time, dignity and well-being.

The most unprofessional staff. I booked an appointment 6 weeks in advance and when it comes to the day they are late, with no regards for peoples time, when asked about why they do not notify customers that their running late the receptionist screamed at me and told me that I could leave if I wanted and then Dr Abdirzak cancels my appointment because he is unable to calm his receptionist down??? This is not NHS we are privately funding and will not accept such trash behaviour!
