From Megan, the friendly and welcoming practice manager who also works on reception, to my amazing dentist Dr Sugeyson. This practice is simply wonderful. I no longer dread a dentist visit, this is a testament to how thorough Dr Sugeyson is with knowledge and information, any question or concern was responded to with kindness and care and I always feel seen and understood and granted patience when I'm making a decision. I've been to quite a few practices over the years and this place truly surprised me and is top of them all. I'm all about the experience, coming from a design and customer experience work background, the details matter to me. The space is clean and hygienic, with a thoughtful minimalist interior. It's peaceful and calm, with a purposeful layout, but overall what's most important is the people who work in an establishment and what they bring, and here they deliver in abundance. Since joining, the concept of visiting the dentist has shifted from anxiety and dread to pure joy, seeing friendly and familiar faces, having delightful conversation and taking care of my precious teeth. If you live close by, it's a no brainer, and if you live farther away, I would drive miles and miles, still, to make this my dentist practice, it's THAT good. I switched swiftly to here after my first emergency visit. And I don't regret it. You know that feeling when you've made a good decision that will span your lifetime? Yes, this is one of them. Professional and polite from receptionist to dentist. I been treated every 3-6 months with having severe gum disease and just starting to lose the odd tooth and having to have whole mouth frozen just for scale and polish because how bad my gum disease is. The injections you don't feel because he knows exactly where to put it, unlike previous dentists in the past. I recently been fitted with a bridge at the front, and you can not notice it. They talk through and even show you what they can do. Highly recommend

My visit last week was to have a tooth taken out with my new dentist as my regular one has now retired.I was petrified but it turned out to be ok.My new dentist was really gentle and helped to make me feel more at ease, I was well impressed.Would Definatley recommend this dentist.

I Phoned up to book an appointment to have a problem tooth removed. Was given the price options by the girl on the phone. Was given 2 options, 1 on a plan and the other without. I come back to book the next day, after looking around at other dentists, only to then be told that there's a £45 charge over the phone to book the appointment. Charging people to book an appointment is a scam.
