Disgusting service, I would avoid at all costs... I arrived on time with my other family members (4 to be seen in total) I was told there was not enough time to see me dispite my other 3 being seen already and my slot being on time in that moment, with excuses that I was late when the schedule for the full booking was on track at the time. I was made to feel small in front of multiple members of the public and abused off the manager who refused to provide any detailed information about higher management and would only give hers. My guess is the dentist was offered a quick cash job this morning and put that over my NHS appointment. Avoid if you don't want to be treated like something less than worth it!!!!

Requested a call back as apparently the lines are too busy. They called me and literally hung up within a SECOND!!! Is this your call back yeah?? Ridiculous.

Went to Alverna yesterday and had first class service as always...I had a check up appt in the morning....I needed a filling and they fitted me in in the afternoon as they had a cancellation and I had come a long way....Dr Shaheen ( Dentist) was his usual friendly self putting you at ease whilst doing his work..later my filling was with Ms Dsouza ( Dental Therapist) who was like a breath of fresh air...she was so polite friendly and gentle at doing her work...both a credit to the practise along with the receptionists and dental nurses etc.

Very happy with my recent visit with Ryana, she is very professional and has a lovely, caring nature. Particularly with my son who also visited a few weeks ago and was quite nervous about having the last of his baby teeth removed. She put him at ease and really listened to him and had a lot of patience and understanding. Would highly recommend.

I visited Alverna Dental House twice for cleaning and filling, and both times Dr. Reyana treated me. She’s honestly the best, super kind, explained everything clearly, and gave me great tips. Big thanks also to her nurse, Melissa, they make a great team! Now I can smile confidently and enjoy my chocolates and ice cream again. Highly recommend! I may be wrong with their names, at least that's what the pretty receptionist said.
