Had initial emergency treatment followed by extractions today, im very nervous /frightened of dentists but all staff from start to finish were so understanding and kind , the dentists were very efficient, kind and put me at ease , would recommend to anyone nervous about visiting.

I’m reviewing again because I’ve just had another appointment with Maz and Crystal(I hope I have her name right) . I’m an extremely nervous patient and they made me feel comfortable and relaxed straight away. Never any judgment just kindness. All treatments I’ve had here have gone well with no issues. Highly recommend this dentist especially for people with anxiety. Great dentist! Cannot reccomend enough, really friendly service and good if you are a nervous patient! 🙂

Had amazing care from Sheetal Rohilla and all the lovely staff. I had an unfortunate incident where I fell and cracked both my front teeth. They were kindly able to book in the following day and get everything sorted for me. Everyone made sure I received the best care and I am ever so grateful for their help. Thank you so much! AMAZING Dentist! I can't recommend them enough, the dentist reshaped my teeth and did a clean there and then, instead of having to wait a month! The dentist was very knowledgeable. X-rays were £10 each- very reasonable. Excellent service 5 🌟

The receptionist was very clear over the phone with the booking procedure and everything went smoothly. Mo and Stella were absolutely incredible on the day. Put me at ease and solved my pain. So after being a patient at this practice for 17 years with andrew brown, i asked for an emergency appointment to have some work done, i was told the price, extortionate, but anyway decided to get it done, tried to book with them, i was given an appointment, and then it was immediately taken away, telling me it would be rebooked for the following week, but told i would be called if a cancellation came up, so i asked what day the following week and they replied, no we will call you, i replied oh ok, so i waited for a call and i am still waiting, after two weeks of wait i registered somewhere else, which is probably what they wanted, so thank you surgery team.

They say they treat you like family! That’s a lie. They wanted £290 for an extraction I had £285 and a lot of pain. So I paid £65 for an x ray and the booking the emergency appointment. I’m going private out of desperation. Someone fainted after an extraction in front of me. took him a minute to come round. Not a happy customer. If your family member is £5 short are you gonna turn them away? You say this is your philosophy. Finally I’ve read your response this is the truth trust me, I asked to pay in instalments, he said “no” via his assistant, I checked my balance and I offered £285 he refused to do it. the dentist lied and his assistant knows it. I feel bad for the receptionist and nurses/ assistants, the ones I saw were really nice people.
