Not sure about the advice given to leave my son's front tooth which was growing in front of his baby tooth at the time of concern. The baby tooth eventually fell out but he now has a tooth sticking right out when he does a closed smile? Braces next I suppose? Trying to get through is hard work due to closure for lunch and then not answering and again a voice recording saying the phone lines will re-open the next morning when the information on the Internet says still open?
