I've always been very nervous about going to the dentist and about dental work in general. But going to Ascent was a completely different experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The clinic itself is more like a spa, so much thought and care has gone into making it a beautiful, relaxing space. The staff are kind and welcoming and make you feel cared for and comfortable. Faresh spent so much time with me as a new patient, taking a holistic approach to my diagnosis and treatment. I never felt worried or nervous, it was such a positive experience. I can't recommend Ascent more highly, this truly is a different approach to dentistry and I'm so grateful that I found them!

Absolutely Disgraceful Experience. Avoid at All Costs I was invited to Ascent Dental Care Leamington Spa for a free consultation, only to be told that consultation would come at a cost of £25 because the information they had gathered over the phone was incorrect (not my fault). But it didn’t stop there. After reluctantly agreeing to pay, I was told, even before seeing a dentist, that any cavity filling would cost me over £180 here (be reminded that the normal rate for such a procedure at any other dental clinic is around 60£), and that they would only take me to their God knows what dentist if I give then a consent beforehand. This is not care, it was a money-first, patient-last approach. The nurse's tone was condescending, and the entire interaction felt like a scavenger hunt for cash, not a healthcare service. No professionalism. No empathy. No accountability. Just a pathetic excuse for a dental practice that seems more interested in squeezing wallets than providing care. If you value transparency and respect, steer clear of this place. An absolute shame!

I called Ascent Dental in Leamington Spa last Friday to book an Emergency appointment that day as one of my tooth fillings came out that morning. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very professional and helpful. She booked the appointment for me and confirmed it by SMS within a few minutes. When I arrived at the clinic later that day, the Receptionist was also very welcoming and professional. She asked me to update my registration details and medical history to ensure accuracy. I was then seen by the dentist on the scheduled appointment time without any delays. Dr Gursh Bajwa checked the area of my tooth where the filling was missing and took the time to explain to me how he would restore the tooth filling. Dr Bajwa was very professional and methodical throughout the whole process which made me feel relaxed and confident of the outcome. Once the new tooth filling was in place, I checked how it looked the mirror and was very happy with the result. Overall, I would highly recommend Ascent Dental. All the staff are professional, experienced and friendly and more importantly, the results of their work are outstanding!
