I had a filling done on Thursday morning, it had come out by Thursday lunchtime. I called and called and no response-I’ve also called today and still no response-I’ve never had a problem with this surgery until now and I am finding it incredibly frustrating that no one will return my call especially given my tooth is in a worse state than when I came in yesterday. Incredibly bad customer service-I expect to hear back from you first thing on Monday @ash vale dental surgery

Mr Evans was very welcoming, professional, sharp and thorough. Felt totally at ease after not going to the dentist for 3 or so years. He explained so clearly what I needed to know and was actually a very pleasant experience when I normally don't like dentist.
