Hit and miss service over the few appointments i had. I then called and found i was struck off and couldn't get an appointment. Maybe not the fault of this practice specifically BUT i believe its wrong that as a tax payer i cant get an NHS appointment for my teeth unless i have regular check ups at my expense. I'm not removed from my local GP surgery if i don't attend. Seems to me as though its to ensure regular payment. Would be nice if dental surgeries understood the phobia people suffer and try to accommodate for that fear.

New to the area and I very fortunate to find Aspire. Very professional and kind and excellent service from reception, dentist and tge hygienist. Would highly recommend them.

Had horrendous toothache day before honeymoon in july arranged emgy appt turned up to be told that dentist not free after all to see me , I said what do I do now ? No answer.....went private paid a small mortgage and I had an infected access needing urgent treatment thankgod I went or I'd have had a rubbish honeymoon abroad needing foreign treatment.

Recently had a zirconia crown fitted and Martin my Dentist made me feel relaxed and calm asking how I was doing throughout the process - his attentiveness and patient care made me feel at ease. My new crown is amazing brilliant match to my real teeth thank you to his dental nurse reception staff too they all showed their professionalism.

Shocking to say the least, previously booked appointment for family member with no problems but the person I spoke to today said I could not. Very unprofessional and would not recommend having to speak with her.

I should’ve very much cautioned myself since seeing the reviews but unfortunately I was desperate and needed a dentist as quickly as possible , so when they had intake available I was delighted . I attended , waiting room lacked enough chairs which left many standing , receptionists seemed unsympathetic and could be heard carrying on with their own conversation . My dentist was kind and understanding however it lacked any X-ray facilities , which I needed , and this delayed treatment as I had to book a scan elsewhere offsite ; an appointment I had to arrange myself and contact with the results via email . Hoping after this ordeal I would then get seen in a timely manner , I waited around a month without being contacted . Concerned and with the added pain growing I called , only to find out although my XRAY was uploaded for the dentist to see she was off on holiday . I was livid , as I WAS not made aware of this prior or when they recieved the XRAY and I was left with a receptionist knowing little of what I should do to get seen sooner . She suggested a few options of triaging to a few dentists however in the same breath was discouraging of how unlikely it would be for that to happen if she asked . All prospects at the moment looking as if I’ll have to wait until she returns . Not great when you’ve got a teeth that needs extracting before it results in an infection . I’m truly disappointed in the lack of communication, correspondence and lacklustre approach to patient care !

Excellent service I received from Aspire dental clinic .Receptionist always make a warm welcome and an excellent treatment provided by dentist Saba and nurse Mira.
