Nevaeh had a great experience attending her dental check up, I found the reception staff very warming and welcoming to be checked in. Nevaeh going into see the dentist and assistant, nice and friendly which put Nevaeh’s visit at ease and was rewarded with a sticker Thank you ☺️

Realigned my dentures although my appointment was for three fillings?My dentist was absent yet again for the second time in a row. Hopefully he will be present in three weeks when they have rescheduled my appointment again?

Very warm welcome. Staff were great. The dentist was very kind and gentle during the work I had done. It was a very relaxing environment. I think my only comment is I'm not from the UK and was told an average cost for fillings from family and was a bit surprised with the cost. However, the experience itself was great. I'd go back to them knowing the work is done well and the dentist was considerate.

The dentist was fine (20 mins late though) however I am still waiting for a link regarding composite bonding payments that I asked for on Saturday and sent an email about but haven’t heard anything since.

I had a appointment today, being very very nervous and nearly walking out,but I have to say my new dentist was amazing,really putting me at ease,talking through everything he was doing and advising me what to do before my next appointment, thank you to both Dentist and nurse, I dont think I will be as nervous next time I visit.(here's hoping).
