I have been to this practice a couple of times. I had my root canal treatment and was treated by Dr. Priti Sharma. I must say she is a very competent doctor, she was incredibly kind and gentle. She had such a soft touch that I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Their assistant Sarita was very accommodating as well. I would really recommend this doctor as well as this dental surgery to anyone who is struggling with teeth issues.

Amazing dentist! Dr Priti Sharma done two root canals for me with great care and skill — I felt completely at ease throughout. She explains everything so clearly and really takes pride in her work. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this practice!

Went last November for a check-up and aching teeth. An X-ray was taken, but was told all OK, maybe there might be something under a filling, nothing serious. I just had a CT @another dentist, which showed 2 huge infections, that have been there for years and had to have 2 teeth removed elsewhere. This was not picked up @Beaconsfield.

I visited Beaconsfield Dental Clinic in Orpington on February 19th 2025 for an urgent appointment and had an assessment with Dr. Amal. While she was polite initially, I was disappointed with how my dental concern was handled. An X-ray was taken, but it did not capture a clear image of the problem area. Unfortunately, no medication was prescribed, and I was simply advised to call NHS 111 if the issue persisted. She did advice me to go to Dartford and Gravesham Radiology services to have an external OPG. She advised me to visit Dartford and Gravesham Radiology services for an external OPG. She assured me that she would make a referral for me and provided me with a form containing my personal details. However, upon receiving the form, I noticed that all the information she had written was incorrect. The last name, age, and date of birth were all wrong, except for my first name and home address. I took a photo of the referral form for my records and still have the original copy if needed to prove the accuracy of my claim. Later that evening, I contacted NHS 111 for further assistance and was referred to an urgent appointment at a dental clinic in Croydon ( Southwest London urgent dental care – croydon ). The dentist there provided a much more thorough assessment, successfully took a clear X-ray, identified the exact source of my problem, and provided appropriate treatment. and the dentist has also told me that I do not need an external OPG because they were able to take a clear x-ray that identified the exact source of the problem. Thanks to this, my pain subsided, and I felt a genuine resolution to my concern. In my opinion, Dr. Amal’s assessment was premature and lacked the thoroughness & knowledge needed for an accurate diagnosis. I would strongly recommend for her to get additional training to ensure patients, especially those in urgent need, receive proper care. I also feel that the £26 I paid for my initial consultation was not justified because no effective action was taken. Honestly, I love Beaconsfield Dental Clinic in Orpington because I had a great experience with the other dentist there in the past. Additionally, the receptionist was very polite, friendly, and approachable, but in my future visits I would prefer not to be seen by Dr Amal again. I am grateful to the team at the Southwest London urgent dental care – Croydon for their professionalism and expertise in resolving my issue.

I needed my wisdom tooth has been taking out now, they gave me an appointment same day and I feel so much relief already. I saw Dr Patel and he was honestly so amazing, I’m scared of needles but he made me feel so at ease and he took my tooth out in 2 minutes, very grateful for a smooth procedure, he’s a good dentist.

Would not recommend, got told to have a deep filling because of tooth decay, I did this and they drilled to deep and put the filling on the nerve. This gave me agonising pain, they made me wait all over weekend saying it’s normal just use painkillers, even though they didn’t work, had to go to several emergency dentists all over Christmas. Went back on Christmas Eve they then told me the filling was on the nerve they would remove some of the filling but not all as the nerve would be exposed otherwise, this would relive the pressure, well it didn’t the pain got worse then starting giving me jaw and facial pain, I then had to get an emergency appointment at guys hospital on the 27th to have my tooth removed which could of been saved but due to the amount of pain for a whole week and my own dentist wouldn’t do nothing. The way I was treated was disgusting, would never use them again. First and last time I have any treatment there.

I have been a member of this Dental Practice for years now and I am grateful for their service. I just recently had root canal under the care of Dr . Pricky and she is amazing, gentle and very professional. I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone. Ann , she is the receptionist and she is doing great and efficient. Well done to this practice for the job well done to serve the community.
