I come from the generation where dentistry of any description meant pain for the patient. (yes, I am old"er"). As a result, I spent my first 50 years avoiding dentists unless I was in so much pain that an extraction was the only answer. HOWEVER ... The staff at The Bidford Dental Practice have completely changed my views on the dreaded dentist when we came to Bidford 8 years ago. Their care for the patient and consideration for any anxiety they may have is excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Visited Nick yesterday to have a filling, I can honestly say that it is probably the most comfortable and natural looking tooth in my mouth! Although the procedure took some while to complete, Nick explained everything that he was doing and was kind, professional and caring throughout. I’m not a fan, like so many, of visiting the dentist but Bidford Dental Practice make their patients feel that they are in assured, competent and caring hands.

There's great care from the minute you arrive, with the friendly welcome, and the comfortable and relaxing waiting area. My dentist Nick does the most incredibly fine work with fillings and crowns looking completely natural. I have a fear of dentistry which he has allayed; I like the relaxing music he plays and the way he explains the treatment plan so that you know what to expect and of course the end results.

My relationship with Bidford dental practice goes back some 25 years. Today, as with all of my visits during this time whether visiting for dentist or hygienist services was extremely positive. From the warm welcome you receive on entry from the reception team through to the professionalism of the dentists, you feel at ease, safe and in trusted hands. Highly recommended in a village location where you feel welcome and where dental work whether routine or specialist is explained in a caring manner.
