Genuinely concerned about this practice. They will charge for NHS check ups without providing any care. I attended and paid for multiple NHS “check ups” here, where I explained I had concerns about my tooth. Each time the dentist did an extremely brief check, stating no treatment needed, despite my symptoms getting worse with each visit. I eventually found space at a new NHS dentist who on the first visit stated I needed urgent treatment and promptly referred me to the hospital and gave the area a deep clean, nothing like this had been done by Bilborough Dental Practice (who I’d seen regularly up until this point). I tried to raise a complaint with the practice manager which proved to be an impossible process. I truly believe this dental practice is taking advantage of NHS payments without providing any care.

I have been seeing Sorin Campeanu for years as an NHS patient and have always received great treatment. I go for general check ups, hygienist appointments and have also paid as privately for teeth whitening which was really effective. The whole team are friendly and efficient, making the whole process easier. Would definitely recommend Sorin and the whole team.
