I was apprehensive before attending my appointment as I have had such bad luck when it comes to dentist however I cannot fault Black Swan AT ALL! From the second you walk in, it feels like a spa. It’s calming and inviting. I’ve always had a huge fear of dentists and the feeling you get when you walk in keeps all that fear at bay. I had an appointment with Chloe who was amazing. She was friendly and empathetic and made sure I had all the information I needed. It felt like I was with a friend. I have a clear picture of what the whole journey will look like moving forwards and walking away I feel I am in the absolute best hands. Cannot fault anything at all. If only there were more than five stars to give!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Myself and my husband have recently moved our dental care to Black Swan. How wonderful to walk into somewhere that has an inviting environment, a warm welcome, and smells very pleasant, albeit still a visit to the dentist, but touches like this make it difficult not to like it. We have both had several appointments over recent months and are very happy with the care we have received from all of the team. A special mention to Jay. He has put both of us at ease, been incredibly patient and listened. He has built a rapport with my husband, who has had negative experiences at previous dental practices over the years, and also has a phobia of needles, which can cause great anxiety. With patience, understanding and a bit of banter, Jay has begun to help him feel more at ease. Also a special mention to Hannah one of the hygienists, she too listened, understood concerns and took her time. An outstanding service and would most definitely recommend.
