I was on a plan for probably 15 years or more , Mr Gordon who was amazing . Then another dentist took over when Mr Gordon retired? It all went down hill ! Not sure if he was a qualified dentist as everything changed. Checkup should be 30 mins or more ! Took him five mins, just puffed around with some air , then send me on my way . Took a tooth out on next visit and I’m sure he could have saved it, had to go back twice because of infection. Third time he was going to remove another tooth because he said he couldn’t crown it. That was it, time to leave! Went to another practice and they crowned it no problem. So watch out and read the other reviews bad reviews because they are all probably true.

First appointment for my very anxious, autistic adult son. The dentist Kata was amazing, she explained everything thoroughly, she was patient and understanding and put my son at ease. The receptionist initially seemed ok but as the telephone conversation went on she made a very disparaging remark and questioned my choice over my son’s care, not professional at all and certainly did not invoke any trust towards the dental practice, not a good first impression at all! If I could give two separate ratings it would be five stars for the dentist and one for the receptionist.
