10/10 experience at this dental practice! The staff were very friendly and patient, and I felt at ease throughout my visit. I was initially scared of pain during the procedure, but the dentist and dental nurse were incredibly gentle, reassuring, and professional, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

I've been a patient for 23 years, my family are too. The best of the best. Friendly and helpful staff. Always get a reminder for my appointment which is handy. Just had an emergency appointment and always put at ease. They have a waiting list but if you get the opportunity to become a patient you'll not be disappointed 😁

Very disappointed with service. I was called after being late for an appointment which was my fault but I said I could be there in less than five minutes, it was a double appointment so 15 minutes late was not end of world. I was told that I was no longer entitled to the appointment as the dentist has decided she wanted to go home early and to work on her referrals instead. But I was due to pay £40 for missing it. I could have used one of the appointments and paid the £20 for the missed one as I had numerous bits of work needed. I was told that there would be a text reminder the day before appointment which never happened and the appointment was booked weeks in advance. The lady who I spoke to on the phone laughed at me when I suggested doing a part of the work instead of all. I then questioned why she was laughing at me and that it was unprofessional. She asked for a few minutes and then the phone was picked up by another member of staff who told me that she heard the lady take deep breath and not laugh and that there were four witnesses to this deep breath. Despite the fact the lady who laughed said she did laugh and apologised but said it wasn’t to me which I knew it was as the sarcastic laugh fitted perfectly with our conversation. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. This has been my dentist since I was five years old and I’ve never been late for an appointment in my life.

Lovely dental practice with the nicest staff! Laura Tan did my scaling and impressions for my whitening kit and she was very professional and gentle. Couldn't reccomend the whitening kit (brand : Boutique) enough, it was decently priced and worked so well. It's been a few months since then and I'm only just writing this review now because I wanted to see if the whitening would last (only used it for 3 weeks) and it has!! so happy with my teeth now. Thank you ,Laura!

Can't rate this dentist highly enough!!! Declan Gilmore was so patient, gentle and understanding. Explained everything, took his time and made sure I was ready to leave in own time. After getting an emergency appointment to extract a tooth.
