Amar and the reception team are fantastic. I’m not a fan of the dentist but Amar takes his time to explain what he is doing, is reassuring and really listens. He is also great with my children putting them at ease. Highly recommend.

I was an Emergency patient and was treated with the utmost respect. The young receptionist was absolutely brilliant. Helped me fill in the forms and nothing was too much bother for her. On leaving the practice gave me directions to another practice for special X-ray that they couldn’t do. I wish all dental practices were as good as this and the receptionist was outstanding

First time I've been to any dentist in many years - and though I was anxious, I was relieved (and very surprised) to discover I didn't have any major issues, and when doing the checks, the dentist Janette took care to explain what she was doing and to talk some things through and answer any questions I had. The receptionist was also friendly and welcoming. A surprisingly pleasant experience that makes me feel a lot more comfortable about returning regularly in future. :)

Reception staff pleasant, whole experience frustrating to say the least. I have 3 broken teeth all of which are uncomfortable and painful and the dentist would only look at one. He was very abrupt and quite rude and difficult to understand. I know I need a root canal treatment for this particular tooth and understood from 111 that i would get a referral to an NHS dentist for this treatment so i drove for over an hour to get to this appointment. This dentist just said i have an infection and need antibiotics but i know I dont have an infection and have just finished a course of antibiotics. Its the root canal work that will solve the pain issues ! Said they cant refer me for anything and i have to keep looking for an NHS dentist for treatment. A COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF TIME
