I couldn’t have asked for better care. From the moment I walked in, the orthodontic nurse, Sian blackhall looking after me was calm, professional, and genuinely reassuring. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and made what could’ve been a stressful appointment feel simple and smooth. Her attention to detail was spot-on, her manner was friendly without being over the top, and you could tell she really cared about getting everything right. It’s rare to meet someone in healthcare who blends skill, patience, and proper bedside manner this well. If every nurse worked like she does, dental appointments would be a breeze. Absolutely brilliant service — thank you.
