Following examination by Adrian Watts, the recommendation was for an implant, plus a crown on the adjacent tooth. Every step was explained by Adrian and I felt confident I was in expert hands. They fitted me in very quickly when other dentist specialists couldn't. Very good, efficient service and keen to help! Eithne did a great job removing a difficultly placed wisdom tooth. Follow up care was good too.

Funny how hyenas call themselves "specialists." Well, freedom of speech sometimes crosses boundaries. Let me share my story. From the start, everything was great. I can’t fault the secretary, Adele, the hygienist, Page, or the orthodontist, Ben. They’re wonderful people, and I truly wish them all the best. I’m not usually one to complain, which is why I waited a long time before adding my two cents about this team. I won’t make this longer than it needs to be, but I do want to warn anyone reading this: if you don’t want to risk ending up in my situation, take this into account. I came here convinced by the positive reviews. I wanted to straighten my teeth. Instead, they offered to fix four teeth—something I didn’t object to and didn’t even question. I thought to myself: if the specialists are here, they must know what they’re doing. Unfortunately, during the drilling stage of the very first tooth, it cracked. Of course, I was offered a free repair, but after several attempts, the situation only got worse. Finally, Mr. Adrian honestly told me I would need a root canal treatment—for which I would have to pay. I’ve had a bad experience with root canal treatment in the past, and I told Mr. Adrian this, hoping he would take it into account. Instead, he suggested I change my diet and stop eating nuts, since “they’re the most common cause of pain.” I think that was the most compromising answer I have ever received from a dentist—and the worst part was, it was about me. I’ll conclude this post here. Thank you for your kind intentions, and I wish all the best to those who truly deserve it. Goodbye.
